These are examples of my products. I am looking for no money but for an exchange of products which I need for carry on an experiment which consist in trying to live for the all winter ( from November to end February ) without buying any food or drinks.

I will provide myself food that I am collecting from now from the wild and preserving most of it in freezer, jars, dry, cured etc. as well as cultivating some vegetables, but to have a balance diet I do need some products which I can not find in nature and some of these product are also need it for making my pastas and lasagna which I am going to use for this exchanges.

The products which I need are as follow:

Olive oil Tesco price as indicative £ 2.92 750 ml

Sunflower oil Tesco price “ £ 0.95 750ml

Bread flour (any mix) Tesco price “ £ 0.98 1.5 kg

Ordinary flour Tesco price “ £ 0.65 1.5 Kg

Milk Tesco price “ £ 0.89 1 pint

Butter Scottish Tesco price “ £ 1.10 250 gr

Sugar granulated Tesco price “ £ 0.98 1 Kg

Organic passata Tesco price “ £ 0.98 680 gr

Anyone who can provide fish or any game including rabbits will be OK for this kind of exchange.

I will ask you what I need when you place an order . Calculating the time need it for making lasagna or cannelloni or ravioli for three people and the materials, the value of these are on the range of 6 pounds as total. So if you want a container of lasagna as picture above enough for three, then I will ask you to buy something I need for the value of 6 pounds. e.g. One bottle of extra virgin olive oil/ one pint of milk/ 250 grams butter will be approx 5 pounds. Then you can add anything you like. Although I am brewing my beer and attempting to make some wines from different products ( nettles/ rhubarb/apples/plums/sweet Cecily etc ) any bottle of wine will be accepted as well but only if what I need is much less than what you order then the bottle will be an addition to it and not as an essential ingredient.

I will not produce too much and orders will be limited to my needs of products. I guess that I can do ravioli or lasagna for a maximum of 4 or 5 orders per month.

I will provide a jar of my homemade tomato sauce to go with the ravioli if need it ( only 0.50 pence ) and of course I will suggest others condiments as alternative.

Looking forward to start this adventure with you.
